Significant risks are still manageable, but what are the concrete steps that can be taken toward cyber resilience. In conversations with leading scientists, government officials, and corporate executives, the prevailing consensus is that we are capable of defending ourselves as individuals, as organizations, and as a nation, but that our cyber security remains contingent on the a consensus that it is worth prioritizing.
